Graduation Cake

This sophisticated graduation cake was created

for a young lady who graduated from high school this summer, and

will be starting college in the fall. 

The college colors [light blue, dark blue and white] 

were the colors chosen for this cake.

The cake topper features handcrafted tennis rackets with a tennis ball,

 as the young lady is a talented tennis player and she will be 

playing tennis for the college.

Also featured is the signature graduation cap & diploma! 

The Connecticut College logo[tree and waves] is hand painted

 in edible inks on an edible plaque...

 layered with fresh juicy strawberries.

'Red' The Fire Truck Cake

'Red' is the shy, shiny fire truck from the hit Disney/Pixar movie Cars. 

Red is always there to support and protect his beloved town- Radiator Springs!

The 2012 London Olympics- 1st Birthday Cake [Eggless]

This 2012 Olympic Cake was custom designed for 
an Olympic themed 1st Birthday Party.

The bottom tier of this cake features the winner's medals, 
the Olympic ring logo and the birthday boy's name- All edible!
The top tier is designed to depict the color and design of the British flag,
since London was the host of the 2012 Olympics. 
And finally the cake topper is the iconic Olympic torch.

The five Olympic rings represent the five continents of the world

 that participate in the Olympic Games. 

  The winner's medals in Gold, Silver & Bronze are also crucial to the games, 

and the final medal tally determines which country wins the games.

Custom designed 40th birthday cake for a Sports Enthusiast!

Each tier of this cake represents a favorite sport, 
and the man's favorite sports teams.

 

 

The top-most tier is the Yankees baseball tier...

featuring a handcrafted baseball bat, ball & the Yankee team logo. 

This tier is white with navy pinstripes to represent 

the Yankee players uniform.

Everything is completely edible!

 

The 'Jets' Football tier...

Featuring the American football, the 'Jets' team logo,

 and, an edible version of the man's season ticket 

to the Jets games this summer!

Elegant Confirmation Cake

This classy custom designed cake was created for a

young man's Confirmation celebration.

The top tier of the cake features a handcrafted Rosary[prayer beads], and

 a Gold Cross with the Holy Spirit Dove, which is the symbol of Confirmation.

  The color scheme that was chosen for this cake was cream & gold,

with a subtle touch of deep red, as red is the color of 

the Confirmation robe that's worn at the church ceremony.

           

              

All the details on this cake, including the personalized name plaque and the filigree detail 

 are completely edible!

This is a moist yellow cake with smooth chocolate mousse filling

and layered with juicy fresh strawberries.

This attractive fire Truck k cake was created especially

 for a little 2 year old boy's Fire Truck themed birthday party.

The color scheme for the party was red, yellow, black & white,

so those were the colors used for the cake too.

'May the force be with you'... A Star Wars Cake!

This super cool Sci-Fi cake was custom designed for a young Star Wars fan.

The cake features some of the key characters that help to narrate the Star Wars saga... 

On the bottom tier is the young Jedi knight Anakin Skywalker...

 He is in battle with General Grievous, a ruthless and powerful 

antagonist warrior, who is devoted to the destruction of the Jedi. 

The top tier features Darth Vader (formerly Anakin Skywalker),

 who turned to the dark side to become 

one of the main antagonists of the Star Wars Trilogy.

He is shown battling with Luke Skywalker, 

a powerful Jedi master and the main protagonist of the trilogy. 

It is revealed that Darth Vader is Luke Skywalker's father. 

The edible stars surrounding the cake help to represent the 'wars' in space.

The birthday boy's name and age are custom made & 

designed to replicate the iconic 'Star Wars' title font!

This is a deliciously moist Triple Chocolate cake,

filled with smooth and decadent Chocolate Ganache filling.

The bottom tier is frosted with dark chocolate fondant(colored black) and

 the top tier is vanilla fondant.

'Cupcake' Cake for a 1st Birthday Celebration!

This fun and festive cake was custom designed for a

'Cupcake' themed 1st birthday party.

The cake looks particularly striking in varying shades of green, blue and purple, 

which was the color scheme for the party.
