with smooth rich semi-sweet chocolate ganache filling.

It is frosted in Vanilla Buttercream and Vanilla Fondant.

Claire-Bear 1st Birthday Cake!

A custom designed birthday cake for a little one-year old girl named Claire, 

who is fondly called 'Claire-Bear', by her adoring family.
The theme for this 1st birthday party was... Teddy bears, of course!!

The color scheme for Claire-Bear's 1st birthday was Pink & Turquoise!

Decorated with adorable handcrafted sugar teddy bears, stylish bows & delicate flowers.

This is a moist Strawberry Cake, with smooth White Chocolate Ganache Filling,

layered with fresh strawberries. 

The coordinating 'Smash Cake', created especially for the little birthday girl to enjoy 

at her a 1st Milestone birthday!

The 2012 London Olympics- 1st Birthday Cake [Eggless]

This 2012 Olympic Cake was custom designed for 
an Olympic themed 1st Birthday Party.

The bottom tier of this cake features the winner's medals, 
the Olympic ring logo and the birthday boy's name- All edible!
The top tier is designed to depict the color and design of the British flag,
since London was the host of the 2012 Olympics. 
And finally the cake topper is the iconic Olympic torch.

The five Olympic rings represent the five continents of the world

 that participate in the Olympic Games. 

  The winner's medals in Gold, Silver & Bronze are also crucial to the games, 

and the final medal tally determines which country wins the games.

This cake was custom designed for a classy

Black, White & Pink themed 1st Birthday Party.

I was asked to create a Black & White zebra striped cake,

however, the rest of the cake design was left entirely up to me.

I wanted to make something unique & elegant,

so I decided on a gorgeous pillow cake, fit for a Princess!

The cake flavor is Fudge Marble, with a filling of smooth & decadent

semi-sweet pure chocolate ganache

The lacy sugar paste plaque was perfect for personalizing the cake.

The cake topper is a beautiful hand-crafted 'ribbon rose' bouquet

made with sugar paste & dusted with edible glitter.
