The Cookie Monster! A 1st Birthday Cake.

This spectacular cake was custom made for 

a little boy's 'Cookie Monster' themed 1st Birthday Party.

The kooky-eyed Cookie Monster is a popular character from 

the well-loved kid's TV show, 'Sesame Street'.

The 3-Dimensional 'Cookie Monster' figure with his cookie jar 

 is hand sculpted & it's the highlight of this cake.

Everything on the cake is completely edible and delicious!

Ivory & Pearl Christening (Baptism) Cake

This cake was custom designed for a child's Christening/Baptism celebration.

I was asked to re-create a cake similar to one I had made in the past:

I was asked to create a Black & White zebra striped cake,

however, the rest of the cake design was left entirely up to me.

I wanted to make something unique & elegant,

so I decided on a gorgeous pillow cake, fit for a Princess!

The cake flavor is Fudge Marble, with a filling of smooth & decadent

semi-sweet pure chocolate ganache

The lacy sugar paste plaque was perfect for personalizing the cake.

The cake topper is a beautiful hand-crafted 'ribbon rose' bouquet

made with sugar paste & dusted with edible glitter.

A 'Smash Cake'** that coordinated with the main cake, was created especially

for the little birthday girl to enjoy on her 1st milestone birthday.

**SMASH CAKE

A smash cake is typically given to the birthday child at their1st birthday celebration, and is to be smashed, smeared, enjoyed and eaten by the birthday boy or birthday girl.

It's a sweet, tactile and completely photogenic way to include your child in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get down and dirty with his/her birthday cake -- literally!

Most birthday parties are celebrated with a cake, but now more and more 1st birthday parties boast two cakes, a large decorated cake and a single serving smash cake.

The birthday guest of honor gets to have fun with the smash cake, while the main birthday cake can be enjoyed by the guests, untouched by little hands.

METS themed 50th Birthday Tribute

This cake was a special 50th Birthday surprise for a man from his wife.

The cake was custom designed to feature all his Favorite Things,

thus becoming a real tribute to the man.

The colors on the cake were inspired by the NY METS,

as that is his all-time favorite baseball team.

The cake topper features an over-sized bow, which is personalized with

his name bursting out in stars!

His 'Favorite Things' on the cake are all hand-crafted:

-An old music record of 'The Beatles' .

-Skis & Skiing Poles for Skiing.

-A NASA space shuttle.

-A hockey stick & puck for Ice Hockey.

-A baseball with the NY METS logo.
