Beautiful Blue Baby Shower Cake!

This cake was created for a Blue Baby Shower.
The only requirement was that the color scheme for the cake must be Blue!
This is the design that I came up with.

The decorative baby rattle cake topper, and the pretty flowers & leaves
were painstakingly handcrafted from sugar paste.
Completely Edible!

Decadent Triple Chocolate cake,
filled with a Smooth Dark Chocolate Ganache filling.
The Ganache is layered with sweet fresh strawberries to provide
the perfect accent to this wonderful dessert!

First Holy Communion Cake for a Boy

This unique custom designed Communion Cake was created for a
little boy's First Holy Communion.

The top tier of the cake features a cross inside
a small picturesque cave called a Grotto.

A Holy Grotto is usually surrounded by a garden and is
covered with beautiful flowering vines, just like the Grotto re-created here.

The little ceramic boy praying in front of the grotto
was the party favor for the Communion party guests.

The Grotto, cross, flowers, rocks, grass, hosts etc are all edible!
