After graduating from the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Nicole started her career in the fashion industry. She worked as Assistant Designer for world famous brands like Ralph Lauren and Liz Claiborne. It was not long before she found her true calling in a different kind of craft— uniquely designed and mouth-wateringly delectable cakes and confections.
Nicole has an extraordinary talent for creating beautiful and unique, special occasion cakes, birthday cakes, cupcakes, gift baskets, favors and more.
