The DVD was recently released & this adorable cake was ordered for a little girl's
'Princess and the Frog' DVD Premier Party.

Both tiers are moist Fudge Marble cake with Rich Chocolate Ganache Filling.
Frosted in Vanilla Fondant.

Princess Tiana & Prince Naveen grace the top tier of the cake.

Princess Tiana & Prince Naveen in their amphibian form,
lost in the Louisiana bayou.

The Waterlillies, Lily Pads, Grass & Rocks are all made with Fondant and are edible.
An edible gel is used to create the water of the bayou.

The cake features all the main characters from the movie.

BBQ Grill Cake

This Birthday cake was made for a guy who loves to grill!
It would also make a great Father's Day cake.

The Grill and Base are both cake.
The food & flames are made with fondant & are completely edible

The 'Grill' is a Chocolate Marble Cake with White Chocolate Ganache Filling.
It is frosted with Chocolate Fondant.

The Base Cake is a Chocolate Mocha Liqueur Cake(infused with Kahlua & Vodka).
The filling is a Rich Chocolate Ganache & it is frosted with Vanilla Fondant.

This Royal Princess Birthday Cake was made for a little girl's Cinderella themed,
4th birthday party.

The Cake Skirt is a Triple Chocolate Cake with Decadent Dark Chocolate Ganache Filling. It is frosted with a layer of Vanilla Butter Cream and then covered with Vanilla Sugar Paste
The Bodice, Flowers & Dress Details are made with Vanilla Sugar Paste.

The Base Cake is Double Layered.
The lower layer is Triple Chocolate Cake, and the layer above it is French Vanilla Cake.
A creamy White Chocolate Ganache Filling is sandwiched between the two cake layers.

The Base Cake is first frosted with Vanilla Butter Cream and then covered with Embossed Vanilla Sugar Paste
