Construction Cake!

This was such a fun cake to create for a little boy’s 

construction themed birthday party!

The top tier is traditional vanilla cake filled with rich chocolate buttercream, and

the bottom tier is moist dark chocolate cake filled with smooth chocolate ganache.

The cake is frosted in a combination of fondant and chocolate buttercream, 

with deliciously handcrafted and edible design details!

of the Broadway musical Hamilton!!

She wanted her birthday cake to be designed in the theme of the show.

This is a moist chocolate cake with smooth chocolate ganache filling. 

The fondant frosting is colored metallic gold, making the cake striking in its simplicity.
