The 'Lollipop Fairy' is the birthday girl's favorite character from 

the 'Candyland' board game, so it was selected to be 

  the cake topper for this cake.

This fantastic cake was specially designed  for

a 2 year old boy's 'Under the Sea' themed birthday celebration.
